Burton Brody, a scientist and leading expert in the field of precision manufacturing and design engineering has consulted to such companies as: Disneyland, Southern California Edison, and TDK He has been instrumental in providing customized solutions which dramatically impact efficiencies, performance, and production. His Manufacturing firm maintained double digit profit margins since its inception before being sold.
Nikki Nemerouf, for the past 30 years has been a thought leader in the field of human development. He is a former college instructor, psychotherapist and corporate trainer. He has conducted such programs as: Communication Seminar for the 1984 Olympic Organizing Committee; train the trainer programs for McDonnell Douglas Corp, UTI, and the Internal Revenue Service; He designed and delivered mental fitness programs for the U.C.L.A. golf team and several members of the P.G.A. tour.
Together they have developed a coaching model (entitled the Core Model) that helps leaders build high performance teams, dramatically shift the corporate mindset, and transform the quality of their relationships.
During the past few years they have conducted Extraordinary Performance Seminars for such clients as: Southwest Airlines, Verizon, MCM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, BDO Seidman, Southern California Edison, The Quail Lodge Resort, Total Gym, and over 100 businesses owned by Vistage members.
Since 1998, the Starquest team have delivered over 500 seminars to the Vistage and TEC communities.
The same coaching process that enabled Shaq O'Neal to have a significant breakthrough in performance during the 2002-03 basketball season leading to winning the NBA Championship has helped hundreds of leaders take command of their focus during challenging times.
